1. The service
Gino is an AI email assistant delivered over Telegram (and other channels where offered). It reads your connected mailbox, generates a daily brief, drafts replies in your tone, and sends messages only after you explicitly approve them in chat.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for mailboxes you own or are authorized to connect. You are responsible for the content of replies you approve and send.
3. Subscription and payment
- Founding rate: AED 99/month for the first 10 clients, first month free. Standard rate: AED 149/month.
- Billing is monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- The first free month carries no obligation — no card required to start.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Gino to send spam, unlawful, harassing or deceptive content, or to process mailboxes without the owner's consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. AI drafts: human in the loop
Gino never sends an email without your explicit approval. AI-generated drafts may contain errors — you agree to review drafts before approving them. Gino is an assistant, not a replacement for your judgment.
6. Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Email providers (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP servers) or Telegram may experience outages outside our control. Critical communications should not depend solely on Gino.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gino is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed communications. Total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
8. Data and termination
You can disconnect your mailbox and request deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@purevitadubai.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that means acceptance.
